Prices for our products are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system malfunction, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Crazy Dog Kettle Corn LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather events, and high order volumes.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or consumed, or for issues related to personal taste preferences. Refunds, when issued, will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
